1 Special note

1.1 Before registering as a USER of SolidInsight ("The Application", or "Application", or "APP" ), please read this SolidInsight User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") carefully to ensure that you fully understand the terms of this Agreement. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this agreement. You could become an officially registered user of SolidInsight and enjoy various services of SolidInsight only after you agree and click to confirm the terms of this Agreement and complete the registration procedure. Your registration, login, use and other actions shall be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, or have any doubt about the terms of this Agreement, please immediately stop the SolidInsight user registration program, and you may choose not to use the application service.

1.2 This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations between SolidInsight and users regarding the "Design Data Viewing and Collaboration" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). "User" refers to individuals and companies that register, log in and use the Service. SolidInsight software and account management are operated by Hoteam Software Co., LTD. ("Hoteam").

1.3 This Agreement can be updated by SolidInsight at any time. Once the updated terms are published, they will replace the original terms without further notice. Users can check the latest version of terms in this APP.

1.4 After the modification of the terms of the Agreement, the new terms will take effect on the date when the Agreement is updated. If the user does not accept the modified terms, please immediately stop using the services provided by SolidInsight, and the user's continued use of the services provided by SolidInsight will be regarded as acceptance of the modified Agreement.

1.5 The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from individuals under age 13. If we become aware that we have obtained personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

2 The ownership and use of software and materials

2.1 Intellectual Property

The Application may contain materials and other items relating to SolidInsight and Shandong Hoteam Software Co., LTD., Including but not limited to the layout, information, databases, articles, posts, text, data, files, images, scripts, designs, graphics, instructions, illustrations, photographs, sounds, pictures, videos, advertising copy, URLs, technology, software, interactive features, and the "look and feel" of the Application including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and all other intellectual property rights therein (together the "Materials"), are owned and controlled by SolidInsight and Shandong Hoteam Software Co., LTD., our licensors or certain other parties.

2.2 The Using Limitation

You shall use the SolidInsight application and the services provided by SolidInsight under the terms of this Agreement. Your unauthorized use of the Materials may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, communications, and other laws, and any such use may result in your personal liability, including potential criminal liability.

2.3 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by SolidInsight and its licensors and other parties. No right or license may be construed, under any legal theory, by implication, estoppel, industry custom, or otherwise. Any unauthorized use of the Application and Materials for any purpose is prohibited.

2.4 The Application Availability.

SolidInsight in its sole discretion and without advance notice or liability, may immediately suspend or terminate the availability of the The Application and/or Materials, in whole or in part, for any reason. We make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of The Application, and (except as otherwise set out in these Terms) we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs, or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of The Application.

3 Account registration

3.1 Users need to register an "SolidInsight" account before using the service. SolidInsight accounts should be registered with mobile phone numbers or E-mail addresses bound to registration. Users should register SolidInsight accounts with mobile phone numbers or E-mail addresses that are unbound to SolidInsight accounts or that are not banned by SolidInsight according to this agreement. SolidInsight can change the mode of account registration and binding according to user needs or product needs without prior notice to users.

3.2 SolidInsight could reject applicants for registration if they have a record of being banned by SolidInsight or are suspected of false registration and misuse of other people's names, or for other reasons which could not be permitted.

3.3 If you register for an account, you represent you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that if you register an account, you will do so under the supervision of a legal guardian who agrees to be bound to these Terms on your behalf. The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from individuals under age 13. If we become aware that we have obtained personal information from a child under age 13 we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

3.4 We do not review accounts for authenticity, and are not responsible for any unauthorized accounts that may appear on the Application. For any dispute as to account creation or authenticity, we shall have the sole right, but are not obligated, to resolve such dispute as we determine appropriate, without notice.

4 Description of Paid Services

4.1 If the user chooses to purchase the membership service, it is deemed that you agree with the price indicated on the service; after your successful purchase, the paid service will take effect immediately. SolidInsight will adjust the type, price and content of existing paid membership services according to the needs of users, changes in products and service content, etc., so as to continuously improve and optimize the service.

4.2 The type, price, and content of specific paid membership services are subject to the announcement on the relevant service page and the actual content provided. Users can choose the corresponding service according to their needs.

4.3 In order to meet your demand for continuous procurement of SolidInsight paid membership services, we will launch continuous monthly subscription services.

4.4 After activating the SolidInsight paid membership service, the user can use your account on different devices ("device" refers to mobile terminal devices including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, etc., the same below), and the user knows and agrees that SolidInsight has the right to set your account The total number of terminals used by the same account on different device terminals, and has the right to limit the same account to only log in and use on one terminal at a time. If the use exceeds the above scope, SolidInsight has the right to partially or completely suspend or terminate the service to you. The user shall bear any loss caused by the use beyond the scope.

5 Safety of SolidInsight account

5.1 Once a user successfully registers and becomes a user of SolidInsight, a user will get a username and password and has the right to use the username and password to log in to SolidInsight.

5.2 Users are fully responsible for the security of their usernames and passwords and are fully responsible for all activities and events performed under their usernames.

5.3 Users shall keep passwords properly and shall not disclose passwords to others. The user shall bear all losses caused by improper password keeping.

5.4 If a user disclosed the password, it may lead to adverse legal consequences. Therefore, It is urgent to contact the service staff for any reasons of a potentially compromised account. Otherwise users would be responsible for the resultant consequences.

6 The statement and guarantee of users

6.1 Use the Application for any political purpose.

6.2 Engage in any activities through or in connection with the Application that: harm, or attempt to harm, any individuals, or entities; are unlawful, offensive, obscene, lewd, lascivious, violent, threatening, harassing, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, profane or abusive; violate any right of any other party; could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

6.3 Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to reconstruct, identify, or discover any source code, hidden text, or algorithms of the Application by any means whatsoever or modify any software (in either object code or source code) or other products, services, or processes accessible through any portion of the Application.

6.4 Engage in any activity that interferes with a user's access to the Application or the proper operation of the Application, or otherwise causes harm to the Application, Hoteam , or other users of the Application.

6.5 Interfere with or circumvent any security feature (including any digital rights management mechanism, device, or other content protection or access control measure) or any other feature that restricts or enforces limitations on use of or access to the Application or the Materials.

6.6 Violating others' right of reputation, right of portrait, intellectual property rights, business secrets and other legal rights.

6.7 Insert any code or product to manipulate the Materials in any way that adversely affects the SolidInsight or attempt to interfere with service to any users, host, or network.

6.8 Interfere with the normal operation of SolidInsight or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties by making, uploading, copying, publishing or spreading SolidInsight account or the Service.

6.9 Otherwise violate these Terms.

7 Content of service

SolidInsight is a Design Data Viewing and Collaboration service provided by Shandong Huatian Co., LTD. Users can open 2D and 3D CAD data drawings in various formats through SolidInsight, and SolidInsight also supports reading of office documents in various formats.

8 The termination of service

8.1 SolidInsight has the right to terminate the service provided to the users in case of any violation of the relevant provisions of the Service Agreement.

8.2 Once SolidInsight finds that the data or information provided by the user contains false content, SolidInsight reserves the right to terminate the service to the user at any time.

8.3 Other circumstances that SolidInsight deems necessary to terminate the service.

8.4 After the termination of the Service, SolidInsight shall not be obliged to retain any drawings and documents in or related to the original account for the user, or forward any unread or sent information to the user or third parties.

9 The changes and interruptions of service

9.1 In view of the particularity of network services, users agree that SolidInsight will change or interrupt part or all of the network services, and delete (no longer to save) any information submitted by users during the use without informing users or assuming any responsibility for any users or any third parties.

9.2 SolidInsight needs to test or update the platform providing network services periodically or irregularly. If the network services are interrupted within a reasonable time due to the situation, SolidInsight does not have to take any responsibility.

10 The modification of service terms

10.1 SolidInsight has the right to modify any content of the terms of the agreement at any time. Once any content of the terms of the agreement changes, we would inform users about the content of the modification in an appropriate way.

10.2 Users have the right to stop using network services if they do not agree with SolidInsight's modification of the terms of the agreement.

10.3 If the user continues to use the network service, it shall be deemed that the user accepts the modification made by SolidInsight to the Terms of Service.

11 Law and arbitration

Any dispute over the terms of this Agreement shall be governed by Chinese law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Shandong Sub-Commission (Arbitration Center) for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the CIETAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.

12 Others

12.1 Severability. If any provision of these terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions (and the remainder of the provision in question) shall be unaffected.

12.2 Entire Agreement. Except for any Additional Terms that apply to your use of the Application as we may notify or make available to you, this is the entire understanding between you and us regarding the use of the Application, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings between you and us regarding this subject matter.

12.3 Assignment. These Terms and all of your rights and obligations under the Terms are not assignable or transferable by you without our prior written consent. We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any of our rights and obligations under them.

12.4 Termination or Changes. To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the Application and any of its features in our sole discretion, without notice and liability, including, without limitation, if we believe your conduct fails to conform to these Terms or any Additional Terms that may be provided to you or agreed upon between you and us.
